With high expectations for the program to realise extensive benefits, and to build a continuous improvement capability, the company required an independent 3rd party to appraise progress.
Working in conjunction with the Head Global Quality Operations, Fluere provided independent input and support throughout the assessment. This entailed key data analysis, structured interviews and workshops through the business units, aligned to transformation critical success factors, and reporting the specific findings.
