Meet Paul and Fluere
Fluere, a specialist process improvement consultancy based in Yorkshire, focuses predominantly on operations and on helping manufacturing organisations across the UK and overseas to become more productive and profitable.
Fluere was founded in 2013 by Paul Molloy, a Lean Six Sigma and process improvement consultant with over 30 years’ experience within both consultancy and industry. Paul has held key roles in the deployment of several successful organisation-wide continuous improvement initiatives and has subsequently built a highly skilled supporting team within Fluere.
Fluere’s consulting team, who come from a range of areas and industries, assist organisations in identifying and delivering substantial savings. They are adept at working with and developing teams to apply improvement techniques to a wide range of processes, challenges and sectors.
The Fluere team take a hands on approach, and the team’s wealth of experience enables them to appreciate the dilemmas and pressures organisations may face when it comes to radically improving their operations.
